The MIA of Tajikistan conducts a Conference supported by the OSCE and the Embassy of People’s Republic of China

There will be a Republican Scientific and Practical Conference: "State protection of criminal proceedings’ participants as one of the important aspects of respect for human rights" on 14 March 2014 in the premises of the National Library of Tajikistan. The conference will be held on the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and supported by the OSCE Office in Tajikistan and the Embassy of People’s Republic of China in Tajikistan.
The conference will be attended by the representatives of the Parliament, the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Supreme Court, the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Council of Justice, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Employment of Population, the State Committee on National Security, the Agency for State Financial Control and Fight against Corruption of the RT, the Drug Control Agency, the National Guard, the Customs Service, the chairpersons of the executive authorities of GBAO, Sughd and Khatlon regions, Dushanbe city and towns, Districts under Republican Subordination, rectors of the Tajik National University, the Russian-Tajik Slavic University, NGOs and eminent scientists of Tajikistan, as well as the representatives of the OSCE, the Embassy of People’s Republic of China, of USA and of Russian Federation.
There will be discussions during the conference, where from the OSCE its expert from Belorussia Vasil Vashchanka will take part on "Protection of persons in the context of criminal proceedings: the use of international experience in the Republic of Tajikistan.
